  • No Human Access: Photo processing is fully automated. No human ever sees your photos
  • No Sharing: Since we don't store photos, we cannot share, sell, license, or distribute them. Your photos remain yours alone

4. Biometric Information Notice

Important Notice Regarding Facial Analysis

Our Service uses automated facial detection technology to identify faces in photographs and ensure proper positioning, sizing, and compliance with photo specifications. This process involves:

  • Facial Geometry Analysis: We analyze facial landmarks (eyes, nose, mouth position) to ensure proper centering and sizing
  • No Biometric Storage: We do NOT create, store, or retain any biometric identifiers or biometric templates
  • No Facial Recognition: We do NOT perform facial recognition or identification. We cannot identify you from your photo
  • Immediate Deletion: All facial analysis data is processed in real-time memory and immediately discarded upon completion

By using this Service, you consent to this automated facial analysis for the sole purpose of creating compliant identification photos. This consent can be withdrawn at any time by discontinuing use of the Service.
